Technician Appointment (first attempting failed)

Hello everyone,
I have a technician appointment for setting up new internet connection at my apartment on Monday 05.12.2022. I received email and message both stating I don't need to be at home waiting for the technician, and my connection will be activated automatically. During the appointment time slot I received a phone call from the technician saying my connection have some problem and I will need a new appointment. The process tracking page https://termin.telekom.de/? says my order still being processed and they will contact me soon for a new appointment. However I've been receiving nothing since then. I try to schedule a new appointment online at https://termin.telekom.de/verschieben/but it always shows they can't offer my an appointment.
Could anyone please enlighten me what should I do to make a new appointment? Apparently didn't wait at home during the first appointment was a huge mistake and I will definitely wait at home next time...

Hello,
you know, this could simply be related to Germany's shortage of labour . Plus the coming holidays. Give it a bit more time, I do understand your situation but that is the way it is, sadly.
