There is no internet access - new contract

Hello, apologies for writing in English but my German is terrible. 

 

So I subscribed to Magenta XL with Telekom and received my router via post and I wired it up. The technician came today (12.03.2022) and did some setup with the DSL port and said that I will have access to internet in 20-ish minutes. This was about 9 hours ago.

 

The router show green light and says it is connected to the internet. I also checked the speedport.ip and under the Status it shows that I should have internet access but I do not have access to the internet up till now. I did the setup using the MagentaApp as well as described in the instruction paper which came along with the router. I want to know if my connection is active from Telekom side. Is there a way for me to find that out? My connection should have been activated today and since the technician came as well, I was expecting it to have been working today (12.03.2022). Please advice whether my connection is enabled or not. Thank you.

    The problem has been fixed after the visit of the technician today and the internet is up and running. Thank you for the support and the quick service Fröhlich
