Ein Tarifwechsel (oder Upgrade) kommt einem Neuvertrag gleich.
Das alte Vertragsverhältnis wird beendet, sobald der Tarifwechsel in Kraft tritt.
Somit zählt auch die 24-monatige Vertragslaufzeit.
