I was told yesterday that if the landlord could provide me documents, then the moving fees could be waived.
Hi, i have a wasserschaden in my apartment and will be moved into a temporary apartment during repairs. I was told yesterday that if the landlord could provide me documents, then the moving fees could be waived. I have the wasserschaden report from the company assessing the water damage and an email chain from my apartment management showing my move. How do i send it to you and is it enough? I don’t know why my DMs from yesterday disappeared
@Pand8003 Who told you that? My guess would have been that the person responsible for the damage is in charge of these fees.

Sorry me again. How long does it normally take for the move? Does it take four weeks as stated on the website? Because i will already be in the new apartment tomorrow and if the move takes four weeks then i would rather just leave it as is

(Sorry last question) I already have a Telekom mobile plan with data on my smartphone. Could you please let me know whether Telekom offers a temporary solution for this situation, such as a separate data SIM or a mobile router, without requiring a long-term contract? Ideally, I would need sufficient data for regular work-related laptop use. Thank you for your help.

if you’re only staying for a short time, using a hotspot or tethering via a smartphone is indeed a good option.
