Wie das Handy als Festnetz-Gerät mit nutzen

Hallo,
aktuell habe ich bei der  Telekom einen Festanschluss mit drei Nummern und zwei laufende Handyverträge.

Hardware ist ein Speed Port Smart 3 mit mehreren Handgeräten, sowie zwei Samsung-Handy.

Es leben zwei gehinderte Personen in der Wohnung, wobei sich die Handgeräte jetzt nach und nach verabschieden und eigentlich nur noch eins richtig funktioniert.
Die Idee ist, die Handys als Handgeräte fürs Festnetz mit zu benutzen. Im Internet gibt es dazu verschiedene Auskünfte, die teils gegensinnig sind, oder veraltet.

Als Nichtfachmann fallen mir die Begriffe Telekom-Router, Fritz-Box und IP-Anschluss auf. Hierzu gibt es bei Telekom die Vertragserweiterung „Zusätzliche Rufnummer für den Universal- oder IP-basierten Anschluss“ was ich aber überhaupt nicht verstanden habe.

Eine Chat-Unterhaltung mit der Telekom führte nach viermaliger Weiterleitung zu keinem Ergebnis, konkrete Fragen wurden teils ignoriert und der Satz „so geht es nicht“ gab mir nur Hinweis auf die Überforderung, bzw.  Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter zum Thema, das ich nach einer halben Stunde beenden musste …
Ich hoffe hier konkretere Auskunft zu bekommen, egal mit welchem System.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
