Zweite Ethernet Dose aktivieren? Zusätzliche Kosten?

Hallöchen, ich bin vor ein paar Jahren in einen Neubau mit schönem Glasfaser- FTTH Anschluss gezogen. Beim Einzug bzw. bei der Aktivierung des Anschlusses meinte der Telekom Techniker, die zweite Dose (die sich im Schlafzimmer befindet) könne man ja einfach nachträglich noch aktivieren wenn sie gebraucht wird, er würde jetzt erstmal nur eine Dose aktivieren.

 

Das wäre jetzt der Fall. Nun hab ich aber etwas gesucht und gesehen, dass das wohl etwas kosten würde?? Weil ja extra nochmal ein Techniker kommen muss? Dass das etwas kostet hat er mir damals nicht gesagt, sonst hätte ich das natürlich einfach direkt aktivieren lassen, warum auch nicht. Kann man da irgendwas machen? Oder ist meine Info, dass das etwas kostet an sich schon falsch, und ich kann das kostenfrei beantragen?

Ich muss doch nicht 80€ oder so für nen Techniker zahlen, nur weil etwas nicht gemacht wurde was bereits damals ohne größeren Aufwand hätte gemacht werden können, oder sehe ich das falsch?

 

Hab noch zwei Bilder angehängt mit dem FTTH Anschluss. Frag mich auch, wie ich hier die zweite Dose zum Schlafzimmer angeschlossen bekomme, das Modem hat ja nur einen Anschluss. Braucht es hierfür dann ein anderes mit einem zusätzlichen RJ45? Oder muss ich nen zusätzlichen Switch einbauen, also Modem > Switch > WZ / SZ  ?

    Ich schreibe mal was ich da sehe, dann kannst du sagen wenn ich etwas übersehe.

     

    Ich sehe ein Patchpanel mit genau zwei abgehenden LAN-Kabeln, einmal zum WZ und einmal zum SZ. Das Glasfasermodem ist mit dem zum Wohnzimmer führenden LAN-Kabeln verbunden.

    "Das, was damals gemacht wurde" ist, die Verbindung zwischen Glasfasermodem und Wohnzimmer herzustellen. Das kann man nicht einfach normal machen, schon weil das Glasfasermodem nur einen Port hat.

     

    Man kann auch nicht einfach einen switch zwischenschalten weil das Glasfasermodem nur mit genau einem Router kommunizieren kann.
