My guess is that they are NOT using sFTP which is SSH. They are really using FTPs which is SSL. NOF uses SSH for secure FTP and won't work with SSL. Filezilla client will work with ftp, sftp, and ftps. But NOF secure will only work sftp NOT ssl. That's what your problem is and there is no direct solution. You are going to have to publish local and use filezilla to upload.
