How can a transfer of the DSL contract be requested?

Hi All,
I have a DSL connection and I have to move to a new house in other city.
Can anyone please guide me how I can request moving the connection to my new apartment.

Welcome to the community
You must explicitly apply for a move to TKG . This is (unfortunately) only possible with the tel. Hotline or in the Telekom shop.
If the connection 1:1 cannot be implemented, there is a special right of termination of 1 month.

You can make the move online through this page.
But it is in German.
Alternatively, you can call the hotline (0800 33 01000) or you can let us know here and we will get back to you.
It is important that you save your callback number and your customer number in your profile.
It is also good if you enter your new address there.
Please write here in the thread afterwards.
