Apple music zum 31.12. gekündigt, ist aber immer noch aktiv

Ich habe Apple Music zum 31.12.2017 bei der Telekom gekündigt, da ich dies direkt über Apple beziehen will. Ich möchte die Familienfreigabe nutzen, die es über die Telekom ja nicht gibt.

Laut meinem Kundencenter ist Apple Music jetzt auch nicht mehr aktiv. Auf all meinen Geräten ist es jedoch noch vorhanden und ich kann somit nicht bei Apple direkt buchen, da es quasi noch "geblockt" ist.

Wann wir es endlich freigegeben?
