Hast du den Login mit der richtigen E-Mail Adresse oder der registrierten Handynummer probiert?
Hat es schon mal funktioniert?
Wenn möglich den Login auf einem anderen Handy einmal testen.
Ruhig auch einmal die App löschen und neu drauf machen.

Mit dem Huawei bin ich eingeloggt.
