Die Magenta-Mobile-Prepaid-Tarife umfassen eine Telefon-Flatrate ins Telekom-Mobilfunknetz. Sind hiermit auch Congstar-Mobil-Nr. enthalten?

Im Prinzip schon, aber halt nur im Prinzip, und nicht in jedem Fall.
Ein Wechsel von Telekom zu Congstar und umgekehrt zählt als Providerwechsel, was dazu führt, dass man z. B. Nummern portieren kann.
