Gewährleistung handy Austausch

Hallo

Mein Handy (Galaxy S22 ultra) hat seit ein paar Wochen eine defekte Hauptkamera. Den Grund weiß ich nicht. Das Handy ist von außen unversehrt.

Im lokalen Shop wurde mir gesagt ich könne es im Rahmen der Gewährleistung umtauschen lassen

Dazu hätte ich eine Frage:

Habe ich bei einem umtausch kurzzeitig beide Geräte sodass ich die Daten einfach übertragen kann?
