Handy und E-SIM verloren

Hallo,

mein Telefon ist im Urlaub im Wasser verschwunden. Nun brauche ich eine neue SIM-Karte. Ich war am Wochenende schon in 2 T-Shops, die mir aber leider nicht weiter helfen können, weil ich einen Mitarbeiter-Tarif habe. Da ich heute von einem positiven Corona-Test überrascht wurde habe ich auch keine Möglichkeit eine Hotline anzurufen.

Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand weiter helfen?
