Hallo, wieso bekomme ich eine sms wo mir zum neuen Smartphone gratuliert wird obwohl das Handy direkt ab arvato zurückging?
Weil das "Gratulier-System" nicht (bzw nur verspätet) mit dem "Versenden-System" "redet"
Da kann es auch schon mal geschehen, dass man dir gratuliert, obwohl die Sendung gar nicht bei dir ingetroffen, sondern verschollen ist.
