Please check my above agreement with Deutsche Telekom. After my contract with Deutsche Telekom, I may use Hotspot for free. However, I have received a large bill of 460 euros for October and I am already expecting a high bill for November.

I can not speak to my friends and colleagues about customer service. They always say I'm right, they should not change their minds, they always change their minds.

My cousin spoke to Deutsche Telekom today. After a long conversation with Deutsche Telekom they are ready to give me only 200 euros discount. but I have about 700 euros for two months (october and november)
