Die Telekom verzichtet wohl jetzt allgemein auf die Verwendung einer Anrede, das war aber nicht immer schon der Fall.
Festnetzrechnungen:
Letztes Jahr: Guten Tag Herr Nachname,
Jetzt; Guten Tag Vorname Nachname,
Also vereinfachte Neutralität.
