You can cancel a prepaid card via this link. However, we cannot transfer the number to a MultiSIM card. MultiSIM cards are only for the number they are booked for.

You cannot use a MultiSIM with your own phone number. A MultiSIM always belongs to a phone number on which it is booked.
What you could still do, which is already excellent today, is to use a phone where you can store 2 SIM cards. Then you are always reachable for everyone.
I will let my colleague know right away that she should call you. I think that is easier.

As discussed, unfortunately, it is not possible to get a MultiSIM with a different phone number. The MultiSIM always has the same phone number as the main contract it is associated with.
Therefore, the best option would be to simply keep the prepaid SIM.
Alternatively, the prepaid SIM could be converted into a standalone contract with a fixed term. However, this would definitely cost more than your current prepaid SIM.
