Keine Belege für Prepaid (automatische Aufladungen)?

Hallo,

 

bevor die Telekom die Zusammenarbeit mit AlphaComm eingestellt hat, konnte man bei AlphaComm einfache Belege (ohne USt-Ausweis) für die letzten 10-15 Aufladungen als PDF herunterladen. Ältere Belege bekam man auf Nachfrage unkompliziert per E-Mail zugesandt. Jetzt bei der Telekom scheint es das gar nicht zu geben.

 

Der Kundenservice schreibt mir heute auf meine Nachfrage: "Für Prepaidkarten stellen wir keine Rechnungen oder Quittungen her."

 

Ich hätte gerne einen Beleg / eine Quittung, um die Ausgaben steuerlich geltend zu machen. Gibt es von der Telekom für automatische Aufladungen wirklich keinerlei Belege?

      Herzlich willkommen in der Community und vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. 

       

      Eine Rechnung für Prepaid gibt es nicht.

      Du kannst aber einen Leistungsnachweis einrichten lassen:

       

      Für bisher genutzte Leistungen kann kein Nachweis mehr erfolgen und dieser nach Einrichtung nur dann verschickt wird, wenn tatsächlich eine Leistung in Anspruch genommen wird. Dazu kann dir ein  Teamie  behilflich sein.

       

      Nochmal Zusammenfassend:

      - Kein rückwirkender Versand möglich.
      - Der Prepaid Leistungsnachweis wird nur für den laufenden Monat erstellt, indem das Abo eingerichtet wird. Das Versanddatum kann nicht beeinflusst werden.
      - Wird in einem Monat keine Leistung in Anspruch genommen, erfolgt auch kein Versand.

      Hier gehts ja bloß um die Quittung, dass das Geld von A nach B ging. 
      Es ist ja schließlich weg bei A und der verbleibt muss in der Buchhaltung nachgewiesen werden, völlig egal das keine Steuern fällig wurden. 

      Die Telekom verschickt daher zu jeder Buchung eine email. Das angegebene Postfach muss daher mal durchsucht werden.
