How do I get it if I use prepaid tariff? I want to change my SIM to e-SIM.

      Auch wichtig bei dem telefonischen Gespräch die letzten 6 Zahlen der hinterlegten IBAN und die Kundennummer griffbereit zu haben. Dies geschieht für den Datenabgleich.

      The problem is I don't know my Kundennummer. That's another account, connected to the same email, with my phone number.

      You can also verify yourself via SMS Tan or SIM Card number. Fröhlich

       

      It is up to you if you want to do it in a Telekom shop or if you want us to call you.
