Good Morning

while ago I had internet problems and I did not have internet for almost two months. As temporary solution Telekon provided me mobile internet free of charge through a device that I already returned. 

I tried to finish the contract now and it did not work,  I received an email from Telekon telling they want to offer me something! I do not need this mobile internet and the device is returned already, all I need is to finish the contract to avoid charges next year! 

can someone help me?
