I'm not sure that I'm understanding the problem.
You had some issue with your connection which was fixed, and you were given a temporary solution.
What contract are you trying to finish?
If you have returned the device (portable router), then there is nothing else you have to do.

like I said, it has to processed, and then it will be terminated.
You will get a confirmation once that happened.

The device has been returned 7 months ago, I applied for the termination and it has been "rejected"! It says to contact Telekon for a better offer!
What do you mean by it has to be processed ?

@Rafael Tomilheiro we received the hardware. The message was regarding the underlying mobile phone part. The contract ends on our end you don't have to take any steps, and you won't be charged.
