Porting number from Lycamobile to Telekom

Hello,

I want to port my number from the Lycamobile prepaid to a Telekom prepaid plan. Therefore, I placed an order for a new prepaid plan at the Telekom website and completed the ID verification.

I got the notification from telekom that they got an "Opt In" error because my number was not released yet by Lycamobile. I received an email with a link to update the date when the number will be released by my old network.

Therefore, today morning I called Lycamobile customer service (in English) and they said they would release the number in 15 working days. I updated the date through the link of the Telekom email. However, today evening, the customer service from Telekom called me again and said they can't process my order because of the Opt In failure and how many days will it take for the number to be released. I informed her I called Lycamobile and they said it will be released in 15 working days. And then she said okay I will send you a message and you have to update the porting information in 6 days on the link for  them to process the new sim order. This has left me confused on what to do.

Is it possible she did not understand me since I do not speak German very well? How do I let the Telekom customer care know that the number will only be released in 15 working days. Is there really a time limit for giving the porting information to Telekom?

    Hello

    I have received an email reply from Lycamobile customer service. Basically, they repeated that they cannot provide me with any port out details right now. It will only be available in 10-15 working days from the date of my request (which was on last Thursday) and I should wait. I will receive an SMS notification.
