Yes, I used the same email address that I gave in the shop. The contract started on 23/09/2026, it's a MagentaMobil Prepaid M bought in a Telekom Shop in Essen. My number is linked to my login only as "User", and adding it as contract holder gives the error "Mobilfunk-Nummer bereits verknüpft".
