Sim Card Lock

Dear Telekom team, I lock my SIM card and need the puk code. right now i am on call to customer number but no one is picking the phone. would you please assist. regards

      You can call the hotline and pay s.th. like 15 Euro for learning the PUK .

       

      Alternatively without costs

      • do find the plastic SIM card in credit card size where you took the SIM from - there the PUK can be found
      • login to the Kundencenter and find the PUK there (however this works only if you activated the access before, as this requires the reception of an SMS)

      Was ist das eigentlich wieder für ein Kack - ich will das wie in der Vergangenheit nachvollziehen und einen Screenshot posten und plötzlich will das verdammte Telekom Kundencenter

      Damit ist es klar, dass man trotz früherer Berechtigung u.U. plötzlich nur noch per Hotline an die PUK rankommt. Super insbesondere wenn man gerade im Ausland weilt. Es kommt noch mal soweit, dass ich die Schnauze voll habe von diesen Telekom Gängeleien und Dummheiten.
