Hallo, habe gestern einen Smartphone-Vertrag mit Gerät abgeschlossen, kostet ca. 10 € mehr als ohne. Gehört das Handy nach 2 Jahren mir oder habe ich es nur gemietet? Ich würde nach 2 Jahren gerne den Vertrag abändern auf einen ohne Gerät.
