If it includes sending/receiving calls also, that looks what I need. But the app on my phone is only in German, and I cannot figure out how to sign up for it. That is my present dilema.

As discussed, I’ve now activated the Travel Mobil World plan for you. It’s valid for 30 days. Please make sure not to be on Wi-Fi when making calls, otherwise Wi-Fi calling will be used and that can get expensive.
Other than that, you’re perfectly covered now.
