Ungültige SIM nach iOS Update

Hallo,

nach jedem iOS update sagt meine SIM Karte Ungültige SIM Karte, nachdem das Handy neu gestartet ist. Wenn ich es dann nochmal ausschalte und neu starte funktioniert es wieder - ist bei jedem Update egal ob 13.x > 14, 14 > 14.1

Ist das bekannt? Hat die SIM einen Schuss?
