Heizkörperthermostat Fehlermeldung

Hallo,
bei einem neu aufgeschraubten und mit Adapter versehenen Thermostat erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung E1. Habe mehrfach das Thermostat gewechselt und resettet. Es funktioniert dennoch nicht. Wo bekomme ich einen Adapter der den Plastik-Adapter ersetzt? Oder gibt es vielleicht einen Trick?

      Mein Adapter habe ich heute angeschlossen. Thermostat angeschlossen und es wird alles direkt erkannt. Siehe Foto Fröhlich

      Prima! Habe den Adapter auch daruaf geschraubt und das Termostat funktioniert auch!
