Hallo, Ich habe hier einen Magenta Smarthome DECT Rauchmelder, der sich jetzt leider nicht mehr in den kopplungs modus versetzen lässt.

Sobald ich den Knopf 5 sek gedrückt halte Leuchtet es kurz auf aber er geht leider nicht in den Verbindungs modus.

Ich habe das Gerät ebenfalls aus der App entfernt, da er einfach nicht mehr ging… Die Batterie ist aber voll🤷‍♂️
