Tür-Fenster-Kontakt verbindet sich nicht

Moin!

Mein Speedport Smart 2 ist abgeschmiert und es wurde ein Speedport Smart 3 installiert in meine vorher Top laufende Smart Home Vernetzung. Mein Problem ist, dass sich zwei Fenster Kontakte sich nicht mehr verbinden lassen und das nervt einfach.

Danke für eure die Hilfe.
