Telekom Smart home Steckdose Funktioniert nicht richtig

Hallo zusammen,

 

Habe ein Problem mit der magenta Smart Home Steckdose. Kurz erklärt: wenn ich die Haustüre aufmachen Sollen zwei Lichter angehen, was sie auch machen. Leider geht ein Licht wieder aus andere bleibt an. Ich habe eingestellt, dass sie in 1 Minute wieder ausgehen sollen.Warum ist das so?

      Bei AVM Smarthome bin ich dann allerdings raus. Das hat nichts mit Magenta Smarthome zu tun. Frag am besten mal beim AVM-Support an.
