MyCard gesperrt

Hallo. Ich bin Azubi bei der Telekom und habe einen laptop gestellt bekommen. Leider hat sich meine MyCard gesperrt und ich kann zuhause den Laptop nicht mehr mit dem wlan verbinden. Weiß nicht wie ich die Probleme beheben kann hoffe es kann mit jemand weiterhelfen. Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Hilfe
