How do I find out which MagentaTV version I have?

Die App lässt sich auf dem iPhone nicht öffen - auf dem iPad läuft sie einwandfrei.

iPhone Software ist auf aktuellem Stand. Nach Neuinstallation der App lässt sich die App einmal öffnen, danach nicht mehr. 

Gibt es hier einen Trick?

      Ist das erst seid dem 11.4 Update so oder vorher?

      Es ist vorher aufgetreten und nach dem Update. Zunächst sporadisch aber seit 2-3 Wochen öffnet die App garnicht mehr. Nur nach der Neuinstallation - dann einmal.
