Magentastream buchen ohne MagentaZuhause Vertrag zu verlängern

Hallo Zusammen,

aktuell gibt es ja das super Angebot für den Magenta TV MegaStream, für welches ich mich interessiere.

Ich habe aktuell noch einen MagentaZuhause XL Vertrag den ich jedoch zu Mai gekündigt habe, da bei uns Glasfaser von einem lokalen Anbieter verlegt wurde welches ich dann nutze.

Daher wäre meine Frage, ob der Abschluss des Magenta TV MegaStream einen Einfluss auf die Laufzeit des vorhandenen MagentaZuhause XL Vertrag hat, wenn ich diesen mit gleicher E-Mail Adresse abschließe (würde das über einen Drittanbieter abschließen wegen des Cashbacks).

    Ich würde das unter einer separaten Mailadresse buchen, dann ist es auf jeden Fall getrennt davon.

    Früher musste man eh zwingend eine andere Mailadresse nutzen, inzwischen soll es wohl laut einzelnen Berichten auch mit der selben Mailadresse gehen aber wenn du eh deinen Vertrag gekündigt hast ist eine generelle Trennung durch 2 Mailadressen ja nicht schlimm

    Unabhängig von den Mailadressen hat die Buchung von MagentaTV als anschlussunabhängige Variante keinen Einfluss auf die Laufzeit des Festnetzvertrages.

    Mit gleicher Email funktioniert auch 2025 nicht bei der Telekom.

    Du musst  eine andere E-mail nutzen zum bestellen .
