Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

Auf welchem Gerät hast du das Update für Magenta TV gemacht.
Du schreibst unter E-Mail Center. da geht das nicht.

Das habe ich bereits versucht, dann werde ich nach der Anmeldung wieder zum TV Center weiter geleitet aber sowie ich tv schauen möchte kommt erneut der Hinweis das ich eingeloggt sein muss....allerdings kam jetzt beim einloggen ein Hinweis das es wohl eine Störung vorliegt

Da steht nur das es zur Zeit zu Anmeldeschwierigkeiten bwz. zum ausloggen kommt und das Problem mit einem Update demnächst behoben wird

worüber schauen Sie TV mit der MagentaTV App?
Über die App Handy/PC/Tablet/Stick?
In der App gibt es den Punkt "Meins". Und dann "Mein Konto".
Da können Sie sich anmelden.

Ich schaue über den Stick und wenn ich auf "meins " gehe kommt nur nützliche Tipps und Empfehlungen. Wenn ich auf TV gehe steht da das ich eingeloggt sein muss. Wenn ich auf die Geräteeinstellung gehe sehe ich das ich über mein Gmail Konto angemeldet bin. Ich bin ratlos
