Telefonie Ausfälle, Rufnummern eingehend nicht erreichbar (Nummer nicht vorhanden)

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben immer wieder das Problem, dass die Rufnummern auf unserer Telefonanlage nicht mehr erreichbar sind (oft Montag morgens). Der Anrufer erhält die Ansage, dass die Nummer nicht verfügbar sei.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine STARFACE Telefonanlage und den Telekom Company Pro 100 Tarif.
Auf der Telefonanlage erscheint folgende Meldung im Log:
