Die App ist kostenlos, die Schaltung der Freizeichen nicht.
Aber das steht ja auch so in der Beschreibung der APP

Vorschlag: Hinweis "kostenloser Download" bei der App gleich verknüpfen mit "+ monatliche Kosten", auch wenn es werbewirksam negativ klingt.

Bei der Lotto App steht auch kostenloser Download und kein Wort davon, dass das tippen dann pro Feld Geld kostet
