Hello. How can i change my curent prepaid plan with another one from home and from my phone. Is there a number i can send sms and activate wich one i want?

Hello. Is there any posibilty to change my prepaid plain with another one? Without the need to go into a Telekom shop. A number where i can send a message or something with the plan i want. No one speak english and i can't speak deutsch for now. Thank you.

This is not a chat with Telekom-staff, this is a web community as a place to help each other. It is mainly a costumer-helps-costumer-community. And it is normal that in a community it takes time to get a helping person, who has the knowledge you need. I am not a member of the staff of deutsche telekom. I am also a costumer.
The Telekom-staff of the community sleeped at home tonight, they are not 24 ours in action here. Because there are ways outsight the community like the hotlines, which can be contacted. Usually a staff member will read this. But with more time difference, because the normal helpers here are other costumers.

Seine Mobilfunknummer (unter der er wohl auch erreichbat sein wird) hat er doch anscheinend schon dort eingetragen, sonst hätte @Anna Lena L. ja nicht feststellen können, daß sich bei der eingetragenen Kundennummer ein Fehler eingeschlichen hatte?!

leider ist die Rückrufnummer nicht richtig - kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer.... nicht gut.
@smeqerainen, hat auch noch eine falsche Kundennummer hinterlegt.
Über die Mobile Nummer habe ich @smeqerainen auch nicht erreicht zur Legitimation.....🤔
Am besten direkt bei uns anrufen über die 2202 🙏

Telekom has some Call Agents in the Hotlines, who are able to speak english. But only at special days an at special hours.
Look this are the english Hotline-Numbers and their using times.
Sales and customer service
Fixed line network: 0800 33 01080
Mo. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm
Mobile telephony: 0800 33 02202
Mo. - Fri. 8 am to 8 pm
The teamies couldn't help you untill now because you had put wrong Numbers in your community profil there:

They tried to phone the callnumber you had written there. But than they heard "Kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer", that means: "no connection under this number". So the callnumber must be wrong, that you had written.
Und they tried to look to the account for the account number you had written there. But that account number does not exist. So they cannot look in it for helping you.
