DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG nameservers for email

Hello,
We have a domain with the nameservers:
Name Server: pns.dtag.de
Name Server: secondary004.dtag.net
Google says these nameservers are for DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG
https://who.is/nameserver/pns.dtag.de/
We'd like to set up email addresses with the website address. How do we do this?

the nameserver translates the domain to an IP address. It is the zone administrator ( zone-c).
Is the domain hosted by Deutsche Telekom? You find this information in the whois database for domain name registration and there under Technical contact (tech-c).
If there is also the Deutsche Telekom, what is the name of the hosting product?

I phoned up but nobody speaks English and they don't understand what I need to do. I am based in the UK and I don't speak German.
I know the email address for access but the email address for the account does not work. So I can't reset the password because the email where the reset email goes does not work.
Is it possible to get the authorization code for the domain name to transfer to a English speaking registar?

Lots of websites use the nameservers pns.dtag.de and secondary006.dtag.net such as:
https://net.educause.edu/edudomain/domain_info.asp?Domain=EBS
Even telekom.com uses these nameservers.
https://www.huque.com/app/dnsstat/detail/telekom.com/
I just want a hosting account that uses the nameservers pns.dtag.de and secondary006.dtag.net so I can reset up the WHOIS email addresses for the domain.

You can´t use the nameserver pns.dtag.de. You need an own email-server and an own nameserver. The access is only for set up the zone file records for your domain.
From england please call 00800 330 1180. The same number but with double zero. You can also speak english.
