Ist denn in der Mail eine korrekte, persönliche Anrede drin? Wenn nicht ist dies zu 99,95% SPAM/ Phishing .
Aber so ganz ohne Inhalt (Screenshot?) ist das eigentlich nicht richtig zu beantworten ...
