Bestehendes E-Mail-Postfach eines Inklusivnutzers auf Freemail übertragen

Hallo,

ich habe das gleiche Problem: das Ändern des Accounts meiner Frau als Inklusivnutzerin nach dem Kündigungstermin und nach  dem Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter. 3x am Wochenende den Telekom Service angerufen, jedesmal eine andere Auskunft erhalten.

die 1. war im Kundencenter einloggen, Benutzername eingeben usw. Auf meine Frage wie soll das gehen, da zum Kündigungstermin die Accounts der Inklusivnutzer 

gelöscht und damit auch Benutzername und Passwort gelöscht sind, war Schweigen in der Leitung.

nach dem 2. Anruf habe ich diesen link bekommen Kontaktformular zur Übertragung oder Löschung der E-Mail-Adresse , mit der Bitte das Formular zurückzuschicken. Ah, dachte ich, toll. Dann link geöffnet und was lese ich im 1.Satz? Das Formular ist nur für Haupt E-Mail-Adressen. Also wieder angerufen, da hieß es dann Formular trotzdem ausfüllen und sie geben mein Problem an die E-Mail Spezialisten weiter, die mich zurückrufen.

Gibt es auch eine einfache Lösung? Das ist doch sicher kein Einzelfall.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
