Hallo, ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen. Wenn ich mich im E-Mail Center einlogge, sehe ich meine Name und Fragezeichen bei dem Brief.

Klicke ich auf E-Mail Zeichen lande ich auf eine Telekom Seite .

Die Mitarbeiter vom Telekom sehen kein Problem, und ich komme nicht weiter.
