E-Mails im Posteingang löschen sich trotz "nie löschen" Einstellung

Alte E-Mails sind in meinem Posteingang trotz o.g. Einstellung und ausreichend Speicherplatz nicht mehr aufzufinden. 

 

Gibt es dafür eine Lösung oder muss man das einfach "hinnehmen" system-bedingt?
