gelöschte Mails endgültig gelöscht, trotzdem Speicher voll

Hallo,

ich habe eine Mail bekommen, dass mein Postfachspeicher voll ist, ich habe meinen Papierkorb endgültig gelöscht, trotzdem wird immer noch Speicher voll angezeigt. Ist dies richtig? Was kann ich noch tun?
