@Hans Lorek wenn Du die gelöscht hast sind die weg. Instalier halt ein Zusatzprogramm wie zB Thunderbird

Die Telekom selbst macht keine Sicherungskopien deines Mail-Postfaches die sie dann zurückspielen kann, wenn, dann musst du das selber sichern.
