fürs E-Mailcenter gibts keine automatische Funktion; aber was ginge (habs gerade getestet) ist, wenn auch etwas umständlich, Sie können Ihre gesendete E-Mail danach wieder zurück in den Ordner Entwürfe verschieben.
Dann ist eine erneute Nutzung möglich.
