schau Dir bitte mal meinen Thread zum Thema Outlook und IMAP an. Da gibt es auch Tipps, wie man es konfigurieren muss, damit es wenigstens einigermaßen läuft:

Dürfte auch für Outlook 2010 zutreffen, diese Version hatte ich aber nicht mehr in Verwendung.
