mache doch einfach mal ein Mouseover.
Öffne im e-Mail Center die entsprechende Mail. (Nichts anklicken)!
Fahre den Mauspfeil auf den Absender hinter Von: siehe folgenden Screenshot:
Kommt dort etwas anderes als eine Telekom Adresse, dann schnell die e-Mail löschen.
