Mail-M Änderung

Seit heute bekomme ich mit meinem Partner leider die Mitteilung von Telekom, dass nach 300 gesendet Mails das gesamte Limit (Send quota exceeded) ausgeschöpft wurde, obwohl wir beide Mail-M Pakete gebucht haben und theoretisch 5000 Mails täglich verfügbar sein sollten. Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem?
