Mehr-Faktor-Authentifizierung in der T-Online eMail

Hallo,
wie kann ich eine solche Mail versenden? Habe eine 2FA eingerichtet über meine Mobilnummer bei der Telekom - aber ich bekommen keine SMS mit einem Code o.ä. Habe PC und Mail neu gestartet - tut auch leider nicht!
Wer kann mir einen Tipp geben?
